“George R. Hensel Leadership Award” goes to Bernie Reinhard
George Hensel (pictured giving award to Bernie) was one of the founding fathers of DSAA and our second President. Mr. Hensel is, and always will be, our “George Washington” of the driving school industry. Most importantly, George is the most honest, legitimate, hardworking and dedicated driving school owner we know!
The “George Hensel Leadership Award” is given annually to the person who most exemplifies leadership on a local, state or national level.
The person most deserving in 1999 was DSAA’s own Executive Vice President, Bernie Reinhard.
President’s Award Winners
The “President’s Award” is presented annually by the current President to the DSAA member who assisted the President the most during their year in office. This year Keith Russell felt that three men equally deserved this award - so, he presented three plaques! Wise decision!
