with the “H.B. Vinson Award”H.B. Vinson was a former Texas Ranger who, for many years, operated a driving school in Dallas, Texas, along with his wife, Anita. H.B. was the first President of the DSAA, very active in legislative affairs on a national basis and exemplified integrity and service throughout his life. H.B. passed away January, 1974.
The “H.B. Vinson Award” is presented annually to the individual (or individuals) who most typifies the ideas and thoughts of H.B. Vinson and the DSAA: Pride, Integrity and Ethics.
