For those of you who are unfamiliar with Fred Pryor, this organization specializes in training managers (Yes, business owners are all managers) on ways to improve working standards and motivation in our employees.
We will learn how to minimize conflict and build collaboration in todays team orientated work place. In addition, we will learn how to peak the performance of our employees through Positive Thinking. With unemployment this low, it is important to keep our employees happy and working the way we want them to. (Lunch will be provided)
