The Inaugural DSAA Golf Tournament
Yes, its time for golf to be added to our agenda of events at The Driving School Association of the Americas annual international conference.
The format will be a Superball tournament, which allows each player on the team to hit their shot. However, after each player has hit, each team may select the best or most advantageous ball of all the ones that were hit each time.
This format will allow everyone to compete, contribute and enjoy this outing. The golf tournament will be held on Tuesday afternoon, November 9, 1999, in order to allow everyone a chance to get to Las Vegas in plenty of time. It will begin at approximately 2:00pm local time. The cost will be approximately $125.00 and prizes will be awarded for the winning team.
In order to set up the teams fairly, we will need to know each particpant’s handicap or average score when you normally play golf. We will have this tournament no matter how many teams we have, but the deadline for participating is October 20, 1999.
